About Our Fragrances
The question we hear most often — and the one you deserve a complete answer to.
The fragrance industry runs on some of the highest mark-ups of any consumer product. A bottle retailing for $300 typically costs $15–$40 to manufacture. The rest covers boutique rent, global advertising, celebrity partnerships, and multi-tier distribution. We remove all of that. You pay for the fragrance — nothing else.
UA Approved — what it means: UA stands for Unauthorized Authentic. Our fragrances are manufactured to the same quality specifications and raw ingredient standards as their designer counterparts, sourced independently outside of the brand's official retail network. These are not counterfeits, not diluted, not replicas. The fragrance oil concentration, longevity, and character are identical. What is absent is the retail license — and the price premium that comes with it.

Yes. All fragrances arrive in their original manufacturer packaging — box, bottle, and any included accessories. Every order is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
We source directly from authorised fragrance suppliers, bypassing the layers of distribution, boutique rent, and marketing budgets that inflate the prices you see everywhere else. You pay for the fragrance — not the postcode of the store it was sold from. Full explanation here →

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please get in touch and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & Support
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
As fragrances are personal products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened items unless there is a fault. We encourage you to research your chosen scent before purchasing — we're always happy to answer questions first.

Start with the note families you're naturally drawn to. The main families are:

Woody / Oud — deep, warm, long-lasting
Fresh / Citrus — clean, light, ideal for daytime
Oriental / Amber — rich, sensual, complex
Gourmand — sweet, comforting, distinctive

These terms refer to the concentration of fragrance oil in the formula:
Parfum / Extrait: 20–40% — the most intense and longest-lasting
Eau de Parfum (EDP): 15–20% — rich, long-lasting, ideal for everyday wear
Eau de Toilette (EDT): 5–15% — lighter, fresher, great for daytime or warmer weather

Longevity varies by concentration and skin type. As a general guide — EDP: 6–10 hours, EDT: 4–6 hours, Parfum: 10+ hours. Applying to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears) and to moisturised skin will maximise the wear of any fragrance.
